What's the difference between Gi and No Gi?
Gi jiu jitsu requires a uniform. The uniform consists of a gi jacket and pants, along with a ranking belt.
No Gi is preferably practiced in rash guards and shorts that do not have zippers or pockets.

What do I need to bring to class?
We always recommend bringing your own water bottle. Clean, intact gear is required, as well as a clean uniform or clothing. A mouth guard and towel are optional, but recommended.

At what age can my child start jiu jitsu?
We have classes for 7-10, 10-13, and 13-16 year olds.
